Wonderful company...All of the staff starting with the Sales Associate Missy to the actual installers were great.

Great Price - Quality Job.

The salesman was very intuitive and helpful in picking out the flooring I wanted. I gave him my general ideas and some examples and he nailed it. The installation went smoothly and the craftsmanship is excellent. The floor installers were courteous, helpful and made great efforts to keep everything as clean as possible.

3 PEOPLE ARRIVED ON SCHEDULED TIME AND DATE.....THEY WERE VERY GOOD .......KNEW THEIR JOB WELL...........LAID THE CARPET.........CLEANED UP......... IN OUR OPINION THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB IN A TIMELY BASIS..........

They were very thorough with the prepping and installation of the flooring. The flooring turned out beautiful. I am very thrilled with the work done. I was very happy with the price as well.

I bought carpeting from this company about 10 years ago. I got a great price on a high quality carpet. I was very specific with the sales man on how I wanted the carpet installed and where I wanted the seams. I trusted the installers to follow my directions. They
didn't. In fact, they did such a lousy job that I could put my finger through some of the seams and feel the padding. The seam tape in the master bedroom was all balled up in a lump in a couple of spots, and they didn't even finish the walk in closet. It took several days before they sent someone else to finally finish the job. I called and called and called to try to get someone to come and look at all the problems I had, was promised repeatedly that they would send someone, and, of course, nothing ever happened. I even talked directly to Ian at a home and garden show a couple of years ago, and, once again, I was reassured they would take care of the problems. Then nothing. I will never never never recommend these people or use them ever again. They do not back
up their work and have no regard for their customers once they are paid. It's a shame as I had used them 2 times before and was satisfied.

Had the best price on our carpet of choice (but not our hardwood flooring). Instalaltion went well, but we ended up with a bifold door that wasn't properly reinstalled - it dragged on the new carpt and wouldn't open or close. Hardware piece had bene lost by theinstallers. Scott worked to find and install a replacement. It took weeeks and several visits, but in the end we got it done.

Sales representatives (Ian and Ross) were very friendly and helpful. They guided me thought the whole way and I had to change installation date on them and they accomidated me with no problem. All flooring took 2 days to install. Everything turned out beautiful. I would absolutly use them again.

Service in store helpful and friendly. THey let me take many examples home Installation was done in one day but didn't finish until late into the evening. I was not happy about them working with poor lighting late in the day. So many people on my stairs they were running into each other. The speed at which they worked had me concerned about quality of installation. The product we purchased was supposed to be very durable and we selected both for appearance and durability as we have teenagers and dogs. Ended up to be a very soft wood. we have many pocks in it from people simply walking on it. The dogs haven't been a problem, it isn't scratched it just simply seems to disintegrate if someone heavy walks on it in shoes.

The salesman with Flooring 101 was very patient with me and he was able to explain all of my options to me before I made a decision. The installation team was very good because they were able to install all the carpet in one room and a closet in about one hour which I thought was extremely fast. We did have a little conflict when it came time to move the furniture out of the room. We had different ideas of what the best method was but in the end he was able to get my dresser out of the room without damaging anything.

I would describe my experience with them as superb. They worked very hard and followed all instructions without questions. Their sales man was also excellent. They were on time and called to confirm the appointment. They cleaned up after their work was finished. They took out my washer and dryer and stove and reinstalled. They also moved moved my furniture.
