Creative Energy Efficient Milgard Windows & Doors

From start to finish, this project was a breeze! This house was built in the 1960s in a sort of pseudo-mid-century modern design, with windows and sliders made of single-pane glass and cheap aluminum frames. The entire front of the house is glass. In all, there are 29 windows in a 4-bedroom house, which meant that the house was drafty, noisy, and every time an airplane flew overhead or the wind blew, the glass would rattle in the frame.
Creative Windows had replaced a few of the windows for us several years earlier, and we had always wanted to have them replace the remaining openings as soon as we had the budget for it. In 2015, we finally were ready.
Scott Williams measured for the job, provided different options for us to choose from, and quickly gave us a firm quote. I made a couple of changes to our order along the way, and Scott was accommodating.
The doors and windows were delivered on time. Chris was the lead installer and crew leader, and Emidio did the finish work. They were professional, courteous, and clean. They addressed any concerns that I had along the way. The work was completed on schedule, and the quality is excellent. What a difference the windows and doors make! This old house is quieter, cleaner, and a lot cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. Our only regret is that we couldn't replace all the windows and doors sooner.

We love the look, house seems more insulated, Scott was friendly and easy to talk with.  He hired the best installers.  They went above and beyond our expectations.

The installer were very professional. They got the work done and left no mess. After a couple of weeks, when the glue failed, they sent someone back to fix the trim details around the windows. The windows are very good quality and make our home much quieter.

Scot's crew did a great job and we were 100% satisfied. The windows look great and were perfectly installled. The double hung tilt wash and the double slider windows were installed on the second floor so they are easy to wash.

The doors are beautiful and the installation is perfect! We have used Scott several times in the past. His prices have always been very reasonable and the workmanship is always top notch. I don't even bother getting other estimates now for this type of work and I just call Scot.

He was able to work with me to coordinate scheduling. The crew arrived on time and they were professional and got right to work. They completed the job in 1 day. They removed all the trash and old doors and windows. I have to do the balance of the window replacement in phases and this was the first phase. But, I will be calling Scott to complete those replacements as well.

The work was finished one day and the work site was clean. The old doors were hauled away. They contacted the manufacturer of the doors to report a defective door latch so there was no delay to repair. We will have them replace our front door in the fall.

The crew was excellent. The crew chief, Ryan, was outstanding. The windows were delivered on Friday, and the installation began on Monday. By Wednesday, all the windows and slider were installed. They moved furniture where necessary, replaced window coverings when appropriate, hauled away all boxes and debris, cleaned and vacuumed, and returned the furniture to its proper place. They even installed a "doggie door" through the wall.

Based on good reviews I had read on Angie's' List, I selected them for the job and was not disappointed. Everything went very smoothly. They came punctually on the scheduled days, did quality work, and left the area very clean. I had gotten a building permit and their good workmanship was noted by the building inspector. I am also very happy with my Milgard double hung tilt wash windows. They operate very smoothly and can be cleaned from the inside, a big plus for the second floor.

Their service was just wonderful. They were very helpful and informative throughout the entire process. Our house actually looked cleaner after they left and they was just great. We would recommend them to anyone.

They were prompt, did very good work, and worked hard all day. Job was finished in just one day, except for some exterior caulking they finished the next day. We are pleased with the results.
