 + -1 moreI shopped other places first, but the deal I got at Costco was outstanding. Better price for a better brand tv. I only wish they had a gas station at this Costco.This Costco is especially sensitive to customer service as it is located in a fairly affluent neighborhood.

Description of Work: I have been going to Costco Optical for 15 years and have been very happy up until the last two years. I dont know if the lab has changed or my prescriptions got more complex but this year was the third time my glasses were done incorrectly. This year, instead of just accepting the redone prescription, i had Dr Martindale check them each time, and twice they came back with the wrong sphere, and were unacceptable. The last time, after waiting 2 months for the third pair, they made me feel so bad, I didnt have the nerve to have doctor check them. Now 8 months later i am spending another $300 to replace them, after struggling all this time. I will remain loyal to the amazing doctor (Dr Martindale) here at Costco, whom I have followed around the area for 20 years, but I will find a new place for my optical needs.

 + -1 moreThe Costco experience in getting great glasses and a reasonable price is excellent. My daughter and I are very happy with our glasses and they easily cost less than a third of what I was paying for glasses at a specialty optometry office. The environment is rather harried given the location of the department right next to all of the traffic of people leaving the store with their purchases, but we took our time and our number ticket and were helped by friendly staff in due course.
Description of Work: Bought glasses for my daughter, and glasses and prescription sunglasses for me.
