The parts company was not opened so they had to make a part from various pipes that they had in their truck. They owner and his son were very nice and they did not call the job completed until everything was working. At one point I had a leak and they came back again and did not charge me extra. I would definately use this company again and recommend them to friends and family.

They were okay. They did the work and they were friendly. They came when they said that they would and did the work pretty quickly. So far, the leaks have not come back but we are still waiting because we have had so much trouble with the leak under the sink. I am waiting to see if they honor their work and will be back if it leaks again. I did not think that their price was bad at all. So far, the quality of their work has been okay and they were professional. We would probably use them again in the future.

Got a Moen kitchen faucet installed that was also sold by this company. It was kind of costly ($432 installed) but we needed a new faucet so what can I say? It was a little tight at first and hard to move back and forth from sink to sink but when I called, they said it would loosen up a bit. It did a little so we just dealt with it. Then fast forward just over a year and it started getting really loose at the base of the faucet plus the pull out hose was leaking like crazy from the hose spraying all over the kitchen. They were really receptive at first when I called. He said he'd come by the next day to check it out. I asked about the warranty of the faucet. I know it's been over a year but usually faucets last longer than a year. He never came by. Then I called and he gave me his apologies and offered to come the next day. He called me that day but my cell but my ringer was off. I called him back and then I texted him right back but got no response. Then a few weeks went by and we were just putting up with our leaky faucet but I didn't want to call another plumber if he was going to come and check it out for free, plus let me know about any warranty on the sink.
He said he's call me the next day and didn't. Then a few weeks went by again and I texted him one last ditch effort to make good on his service and he texted back a request for my address and that was the last I heard from him.
We have since had another plumber service out for our septic tank and I had him check our sink out. even thoughhe didn't come for that repair. This other plumber said the faucet was missing a part and that's why it was not swiveling correctly and why it was so loose. He also said it was the cheapet bottom of the line Moen faucet. I paid a lot of money for a fauce that didn't even last a year and a half and sadly, this company didn't care much from what I experienced. I hate leaving these reviews but I rely on them a lot and so I want to be just as honest as I expect others to be.

I went to two other places for these fittings before trying them. I showed them what I needed to do, they found the fittings for me, and I was done in 10 minutes. All for under $5.00. I will go back again when I am doing more plumbing around the house.
