All it took was a phone call to Conejo Tankless Water Heaters, a little discussion about options and prices, and they were there in two days to install the heater. The installation looks nice, they cleaned up their work area when they were done, and were very professional and courteous.

I called to set up appointment for tankless water heater. Played a little phone tag which I expected since it is a small family company. Finally spoke with Roy and set up an appointment for the following day between 11am and noon. Roy did not show up for the appointment. Roy did not call to say he was unable to make the appointment. Nothing. Just left us hanging. I know he had my number since we traded several phone calls on 09/02/11 to set up the appointment. Very unprofessional.
