Certa Pro we’re very professional and efficient. They painted our entire house inside and the process very smooth. From the beginning, they came to my house and gave me a reasonable quote. Then was the process of picking the color and setting up the date for the job. It was so easy to deal with them and Crystal went above and beyond helping me pick the right color, she was very patient and picked up several samples until I was confident in the color I want. Next was the job. The painters were very professional and quiet. They also adhere to Covid-19 guidelines and wore their masks all the time. The painters were also very detailed and would stop and address any issue and make sure I’m ok with it. The job was finished in the timeframe they suggested. I’m very happy with the color and the paint job. I would definitely recommend certa pro to anyone looking for an honest and reasonable painting company. Thanks guys for a wonderful job!

Franchise owner Leonard is a true professional who is courteous, friendly, and easy to work with. We readily came to agreement on the work description and contract. The two member painter crew, Alex and Francisco (SP?), are also professionals, courteous, and friendly. They were industrious and produced an excellent result of beauty. I could not be more pleased. I would not hesitate to use CertaPro Painters for additional work or to recommend them to others.

The reason I am rating this the way I am is due to the following. The two painters that showed up to my home were on time every day and polite. However, CertaPro charges extra for using more than 3 paint colors. I asked for the same type of paint for my mantle, stairs, and railings and was told that they could not use the same type of paint as was used previously. They did not sand the doors when they knew it had an oil-based paint on it from beforehand. The doors are peeling after only 3 days. I do not believe that part of the paint job was done properly in the first place. I found droplets of paint on my floors in the rooms painted. I am disappointed with CertaPro and they did not earn my complete satisfaction. My stairs and doors are not what I expected and therefore, I cannot give a higher rating.
