Once we made our selection (assisted by taking samples of our choices home to check them out before purchasing), they placed the order and then held the carpet at their warehouse for several months while we had painting and a kitchen re-done. They were extremely flexible when we had to move our installation date several times. And the installation went very smoothly. There were 2 installers and they moved all the furniture (once we had cleared the tops and shelving content). They were very efficient, professional and courteous, and were finished in two days (6 rooms and 2 hallways), cleaning up well before leaving. I would highly recommend this company for carpeting.

Excellent. They were very helpful. They moved the majority of the furniture themselves, which was a big bonus, and they did a very good job.

My experience there was good, it was alright. The folks I dealt with were the owners. They were good, they had a lot of selection. I didn't have any issues. Overall was good, I would go back.

THE SALES STAFF WAS QUITE HELPFUL IN SELECTING THE RIGHT PAD AND ASTROTURF TO SIMULATE A DIRT SOFTBALL FIELD. THE INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETED IN 4 HOURS, AND THE INSTALLERS WERE POLITE AND LEFT THE WORKSPACE CLEAN.
