Quoted us a low price and then charged us more then what we were quoted.

The product was the problem with them. They were responsive. We had really a lot of problems with them because of the product that they sold us. The product was horrible and we had our floor replaced three times because they were blaming the installers and kept changing the installers, so they ripped it out and put it in three different times and still damaged overnight. This particular type of laminate wood flooring is absolutely horrible. I just can't even tell you how furious we are about the whole thing, but other than that, the first people they sent out to put up the crown molding were terrible and then they sent out another bunch that were really good. We had a terrible experience with them and what they sold us and everything. The product sucks. They sold us a defective product, so it's terrible. They were very punctual. They were frustrated because they said we put it in another place and never did this and well, they put it in three different times and it's still not good. As soon as you splash water on it, it bubbled up all over.

I ordered new hardwood flooring for upstairs and a staircase. Their pricing was very competitive for both the product and the install. They were able to start immediately, and finished the job in 4 days.
