Bob Roberts Plumbing

Bob repaired the leak between tank and bowl. After he left, toilet would not flush properly. Water did not disburse around toilet bowl rim, only in the back. Toilet left dirty and tissues not flushed. Called Bob and he said the toilet was old and needed replacement. He asked that I pick up a toilet from a local distributer at his cost and he would install the new toilet at his labor cost. I called another plumber and he found that Bob cut out part of the Kohler gasket to rig a universal gasket in its place. That's what caused the problem. The universal gasket did not fit and clogged the ports for the water to disburse under the bowl. The plumber went to Home Depot, got the right part, installed it and the toilet was fixed. Bob should have done that from the beginning. Instead, he lied about the toilet having a plastic liner that corrodes and blogs and almost got me to buy a new toilet. I called Bob about this. He accepted responsibility and apologized. Ask yourself about Bob's integrity.

We had a gushing faucet in our tub on a Sunday. We had to turn off the water to the entire house. We called several plumbers and Bob was the only one who responded right away. He called back quickly and came right over to our house. He repaired the faucet and identified that this brand of faucet requires that certain items be tightened when installed, which did not occur when the faucet was replaced a year earlier by a different plumber. He quickly repaired the problem and also repaired our toilet. His charges were higher than usual because it was a Sunday. But he still gave us a discount, and most everyone charges more for Sundays. We were very pleased and will call him again whenever we need a plumber.

We had a valve in the shower that had been there since 1966, it was original and would not budge. He was able to remove it without any damage, replace it and also corrected the hot and cold water and cleaned the shower head as an added bonus. Would definitely recommend him and use him in the future. Also, he was nice to my kids, it's a small thing but mandatory if you are in my house.

He is very good. He gets things done right on time.

I have used Bob Roberts Plumbing numerous times, and have always been completely satisfied. He is a terrific plumber! On this occasion, he recommended a much better toilet with a stronger flush than the one that was broken, and I am very happy with his recommendation and the work performed. Bob does the work himself; when you call Bob you don't get a different plumber every time like you do with a large company. Couldn't recommend him more!

He is really good. He is not cheap, but he is the best. I will pay because his service is awesome. He is a great guy.
