Overall work went okay. When the work was performed Bob was punctual and responded well. Did not face any problems with him completing the work on time.
When Bob finished the work I was new home owner with no knowledge about house repairs.After the work was completed I learnt few things and I don't feel Bob has done a honest work. Hence I am giving a "D".
a. Bob charged me $89 to fix my calling bell to change a faulty transformer, in reality it was a wireless calling bell worth less than $50 and, I believe, all he had done was replace the battery.
b. When he installed the new bathtub, the drain and the tub was misaligned. He somehow jammed it and made it stay. Nearly a year after the install, it started leaking under the bath tub. When i got it repaired, my other handyman showed me there was more than a 2 inches of gap between the drop and the pipe.
By the time I found these problems considerable time has passed, hence I didn't reach back to Bob to get these problems fixed.
