They got back to me and gave me an estimate on my tankless water heater maintenance. They were professional, prompt, punctual with same day service, did a nice job and cleaned up. I will recommend them and use them, again.

It was done with total professionalism. An outstanding service was provided by the entire staff!

had a tankless water heater which broke down. Contacted Bset Choice, and one of their supervisors came out and explained the problems, the heater needed to be replaced. This was the day after Christmas and we are stuck without hot water in most of the house. Best came out the very next day and replaced same...reasonably good job of installation. During install asked one of the plumbers how much the new tankless would cost, and was told $2800-3000, seemed like a lot for a tankless. When completed there was SEVERE sticker shock as was handed a $5500+ bill for all sevices, part of which was not completed. Searched the internet after they left and found the same tankless model online for $1600-1700 RETAIL!!!!. I am sure they do not pay the retail rate for same. So because we were over a barrel and seriously needed help between Xmas and New Years, we were charged over $4000 for an install!!!OUTRAGEOUS!!! They of course will not respond to message4s at this point. DO NOT USE THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS...THEY ARE GREEDY, AND SERIOUSLY DISHONEST!!!! Have noted other reviews concerning their incerdibly expensive charges.

We got the water heater, we thought it would save us money/water it was Saturday when it was put in. Got in and it wasn't hot it was lukewarm at best, it has gone cold, then burning hot. They sent someone out to look at it and they had said it turned itself off I am upset it was warm, then cold, then burning hot, and cold again. It had burnt me and got cold again. They didn't even offer a discount to fix the issue, they said to have ongoing hot water it would cost an extra 250 dollars. Even after being the more expensive water heater, we paid the extra when we put it in so we wouldn't have the issue and it still occurred. I was so upset, I told them I was an Angie's List member and he said we would try to resolve this, I have still not heard from them.

Update 2/24/2014: they came back because there has been several times that the water heater doesn't seem to be working correctly. I do think it's good that they are trying to stand by their product in trying to assist us.

Lesson learned: always check Angie's List first.  This company was recommended to me by a neighbor when my water heater stopped working and started leaking. They sent a guy named Jimmy out, seemed friendly and professional when he arrived.  He looked at the water heater, got on the phone with his company and in less than 2 minutes of arriving was telling me the new water heater was going to cost $1385.  I asked him what the problem was with my current water heater and if can it be fixed and he replied "It's just old." I asked him if there were any other options, he said we can reduce the warranty from 10 years to 6 years for $150.  I asked him to write up the estimate and I would get back to them.  After writing the estimate, he told me I owed them a $65 service fee.  For what, I asked, you didn't service anything.  I came out here, it's a service call, he replied. I told him I wasn't going to pay a service fee for an estimate and with no service provided.  Then without a word and without offering me the estimate he had written up, he walked out of the yard.  I followed him and asked him if he was even going to give me the written estimate.  He stopped and started tearing it from his clipboard.  Before he could finish, I told him to forget it I'd give my business to a different company.  As he was still getting in his truck, I jumped on Angie's List to write this review and saw that this company had an F overall rating.  Always check Angie's List first.  And don't waste your time with this company.

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
