Contractor did not write down what we wanted and frequently did not recall conversations. Installed switches blew-out frequently and owner was charged for replacement parts. Contractor did not come back and finish work on time-line creating bottleneck for other contractors' work. Plug-mold was installed too low and I can see it below the cabinets, exactly what I wanted to avoid. We finally hired another contractor to finish work so that we could go on. Kent Williams and Benjamin Electric were paid within 72 hours for every bill presented to me. Very disappointing and stressful experience.
