CATHY RHOADS-WARD MADE THE PROCESS VERY EASY FOR US. HER EXPLANATIONS WERE VERY INFORMATIVE. WE FEEL LIKE WE LEARNED A LOT. SHE SAVED US A LOT OF MONEY DURING THE PROCESS. NOW OUR PAYMENTS ARE LESS EVERY MONTH.
