After installing the new glass in the sliding door, the door would not move. Totally stuck. Before the repair you could slide the door with one finger. Now it takes the force of two people to move the door an inch. [No it's not off the rollers]. The door was apparently not reassembled exactly as before so it won't move in the old frame. The installation guy used the credit card we had left with our son, wrote out an invoice for $400, and left with the door immovable. For now, no exit from the house to the back yard. Inexcusable.

It was very easy to work with Arrow.  They initially sent a representative to measure the table and discuss the options for the custom table top.  It took about 2 weeks to create the top and then 2 representatives came out to install the top.  All three people were very professional and helpful.  I would highly recommend Arrow.

An old thermostat was mounted on this mirror, which had to be replaced because of a HVAC upgrade. Unfortunately, the new thermostat could also only be located on this mirror for this particular room. The HVAC person looked at all the other possible sites which didn't involve mounting the thermostat on the mirror and no other site would work.  Unfortunately, the original hole in the mirror was too large to be covered by the new thermostat, which was much smaller than the old one, so the whole mirror had to be replaced with a much smaller hole for the control wires.  This was done successfully and I'm very happy with the results.
