Very well. Easy to book, punctual, spent a lot of time pretreating before cleaning. Carpet looks new. Did what I asked. Gave advice on fighting dog hair. Cost higher than some who give out coupons, but they often have square foot limitations or don't include stain removal. Stuck to estimate.

Fabulous! It was a flat fee, i had an area rug. He is very professional, exceedingly knowledgeable, he took the fabric care of the carpet into consideration. I know he cleans for people i know who have expensive area rugs and he keeps up on the latest technology. He posts before and after pictures on Facebook. I have known him for years and he is amazing.

I also forgot to mention that he cleaned a wool oriental area rug for $25. It came out looking like new too.

He was unbelievable. He was the best carpet cleaner that I have ever had. he was a nice guy and very professional. He was right on time. He worked on the stain for about 20 minutes and did not give up until it was out. He uses all environmentally safe products which I appreciate. He just did a great job and went above  and beyond for us.

What a great job! The carpet came out super clean and smelled good.  No evidence of the pet stain or smell. Came out and cleaned the rug the same day I called and gave me a great price.  Extremely professional and knowledgeable.  I will have Approved Carpet Care clean my other area rugs and carpet in the future.  Could not have been a better experience!  A++++
