Alberto Barajas Lawn Care

We had used their service for almost a year, in the beginning, when alberto's wife was helping in the yard work, my yard looked great.  when she wasn't there, he and his helper basically cut and blew and left...after several months of nothing else being done, we called and left messages and were told it would be done...again it wasn't done...then i asked alberto directly and he said it was too much work for him.  i had to hire a new company and pay extra for the work that alberto left behind

When I called, several days ago, I left him a message outlining what, and where, we wanted work done. I told him I'd gotten his information from Angieslist. When he finally called back today, at least three days later, I was surprised it was at 7am, as I was still asleep. When I returned his message though, I called him back at 10am, and he told me he was too busy to talk then as today was his 'busy day'. So I asked if I should call him tonight at the number he left me. He agreed with that plan - and of course, people are sometimes busy. This time I called him back at 6pm, and he told me he was now home, but now he was 'busy with a car draining the radiator', and asked me to call him back in an hour. That was too much for me, I actually started to laugh, and just thanked him for his time, and ended the call. If I have to work this hard to give you my money, I give up!

We are very satisfied as we have used them for more than ten years.

Well let me tell you...I LOVE Alberto and his wife who do an amazing job for us. Over the past 12 years, i've had a gardner who cut your lawn, blowed the leaves to another area of the yard and left. We have not found that to be the case with Alberto. Alberto takes pride in the work he does, he showed up on time for our appointment, he came out to my house and we had a nice conversation about what's important to me...he actually listened to what i said and to date has maintained/changed my yard better then i've ever seen it before. Alberto is honest and comes with a smile on his face every week. He is a true gem and you'd be lucky to have him doing your yard.

He has an excellent attitude toward the work. He does an excellent job. He does the fertilizing and pruning at no additional cost. He has revitalized my lawn. That is really great! The above cost is per month.

So far he is good to his word and my interaction with him has been very pleasant. I have more in the future but as of now I am happy. I pay by month.

IT'S VERY GOOD. IF I ASK HIM TO DO SPECIAL THINGS, IF HE CAN'T DO THEM THAT DAY HE'LL LET ME KNOW WHEN HE CAN DO IT. HE'S CONCERNED ABOUT THE WAY THE LAWN LOOKS AND THE WAY THE BUSHES LOOK.
