Had AC units installed by them 4 years ago. Paid $17,000 for them. Yes, spent serious money. Air Max broke a hinge off of a crawl space cover while shoving the massive unit through. Not a big deal, I understand it happens. Abe said he will send over a handyman to fix it in the next few days. Never happened, I called him multiple times, no one was sent. Last week I had them service my unit because it looked like there was a possible leak. They did the service and I mentioned the handyman work that was promised to me over the phone and to the technician. Called them 3 times about it, each time they said I would get a call back. Never happened. Very unhappy with their unresponsiveness.
