Bill came and looked at the chair, his estimate was very reasonable, and he said he could create a covering for both armrests. He took the chair for a couple of days and when we got it back we couldn't believe it. I cannot tell where he repaired the armrests, except they look brand new, and like it never needed repair in the first place. Bill also stuffed the cushions in the back of the chair and on our couch. All in all an excellent job, Bill is terrific, and we won't hesitate to use him again next time we need anything having to do with upholstery.

Perfect. Work was completed in one day....my cushions look like new. They had me bring one cushion down to estimate the job and to choose the type of foam I preferred. I brought the cushions in a few days later, after they received the foam and the job was complete within 24 hours.

The shop has a large number of fabric samples, and the workers were very helpful in my selection, including allowing me to take books of samples home to get an idea of the fabric in place. Once we made our selection, we were told that procuring the fabric from the factory would take 5 weeks, and that they estimated the job would be finished by a week later.
The actual process took some 13 weeks, including a couple of visits to the shop to "visit my poor chair." When I finally pointed out to the owner of the shop that the 6 week job had already stretched into 12 weeks with no result, I was promised that the work would be finished by early the following week.
The chair was, in fact, ready the following Monday. The shop did a beautiful job, maybe even improving in ways on the original. The price was exactly what had originally been quoted me. And, after a 3-month absence from my home, the chair is back and happily serving its function.
My ONLY reason for downgrading the firm is the tardiness with which they performed the work. The work itself was reasonably priced and done beautifully.

They took all the feathers out and put new stuffing in. They were very reasonable and wonderful. The people are extremely courteous and helpful. When you go in they will give you an estimate of what it will cost. Their estimates have been reliable and what it ended up costing me every time. If I wanted to reupholster, they have gorgeous fabrics in their store. The chair still feels like feathers. They did a wonderful job.

They will rebuild chairs with new upholsteries, as well as draperies. Overall, our project was excellent. They are a small craftsman kind of shop. You can talk to the owner and get any kind of service you want. They are not the cheapest when it comes to price.
