Raul Rodriquez first started with the comment that he built his first house when he was 16...then told me he could and would do the project that it would take some time. He overcharged for the work he did and violated the law as a handyman. He failed to correctly repair the area behind the fascia, hiding what needed to be repaired. His was done in a few hours and charged $2700 for a project that legally he could not charge more than $500 a day with materials. He lied about what he would do and charge above what he was licensed to do. He has no license. He just makes up quotes and makes you think he it is a good deal. Then when you question his price he told me that if you have a mercedes you pay mercedes prices. I have a big house so I have to pay big house prices. Stay away from this guy. I will be filing legal action for fraud.
