Jacob from 4 Season remodeling & design remodeled our front and back yard in Sep 2022. Jacob is very helpful and keeps us in the loop for every detail. The team completed the project in less than a week. The whole project went very smoothly, and they are all very professional. The end product exceeded my expectations, and I am extremely pleased with the quality of work. I will definitely recommend them.

I had a great experience with 4 Season Remodeling & design and their entire team, when my wife and I moved into our new home in Westlake Village at the end of last year. This was not my first project, and over the years, I have worked with a few home remodeling companies in different states. When we first moved to Westlake Village, we found a house that was in a pretty awful shape but which had an excellent market rate. However, in order to move in and call it home, it had to be fully remodeled. That’s when my search for a local home remodeling company began. I had a few virtual meetings with a couple of contractors that I found online, but things didn’t move forward.I ended up contacting an old friend who immediately recommended 4 Season Remodeling & design. He was very enthusiastic when he described his experience of working with them. He also had wonderful things to say about their remodeling crew. The team arrived punctually every day, did their work, and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each workday.Thanks to the updates and our project manager, it was very easy for both myself and my wife to understand the work stages and timeline. They did the entire remodel up to code and 4 Season Remodeling & design did not take any shortcuts. Regarding the quality of work, I can say that the remodeling team was very detail oriented. 4 Season Remodeling & design has remodeled and built a guest house with a kitchen and bedroom at our house. We are extremely pleased with the first class workmanship. Jacob and his team were professional and skilled. The construction team worked every day and arrived on time each morning in order to ensure that this remodeling project was completed on time, as we were on a strict time schedule. Jacob helped me with a big renovation project that includes kitchen & bathroom complete remodel, additional bathroom, structural wall removal, skylight replacement & addition, external post replacement (due to dry rot), roofing, backyard renovation, electrical rewiring, HVAC system, painting, and many more. My experience with Jacob and his team was very positive from the beginning to the end. His estimate was throughout, detailed, and realistic. The whole team, under the supervision of Jacob, did a great job on my complete room addition project at my home. They were always great with communication and checking in, and making sure things went smoothly. The whole team that came in and out of the place was always kind and respectful. ADU took 3 months to complete, and I was really satisfied with the results!

Me and my wife are very happy from the overall work that Jacob and his team did at our house recently. The work was a complex one because it required the removal of some supporting beams in order to give a new open look for the first floor. Jacob was able to generate a stunning design and he made sure that the work will go according to plans. We had some delays here and that but they all were due to inspections with the city. We do recommend them and we appreciate the work he did for us.

This is a long overdue review. We had our guest ADU done a few months ago with the team at 4 Seasons Remodeling & Design Inc. managed by Jacob, and it turned out exactly how we wanted it to be. The team was talented to work with. Jacob, Jose and the rest are wonderful and throughout the process, offered us suggestions to make sure we realize our vision. The guys at 4 Seasons Remodeling & Design do very high quality work for a reasonable price, and they are quick! We have remodeled both of our bathrooms and kitchen with 4 Seasons Remodeling & Design and results exceeded our expectations each time. While they have great materials in their showrooms and with their vendors, we’ve also thrown them curveballs with custom-purchased, complex Pickett-shaped tile, doors, shelving, and wine storage. They handled everything flawlessly. Our bathrooms were completed start-to-finish in 3 weeks, the kitchen in 4 weeks, and even finished early! Jacob and the team were all great with transparency and communication, and everyone who worked on our home treated it with the utmost care. Two of our projects were during the COVID-19 pandemic and we appreciated how careful everyone was about cleanliness and masks. If we had more rooms, we’d keep hiring them! Would recommend!

I put off renovating our bathroom for years because I had heard so many renovation horror stories. Recently I decided to do it and to renovate the bathroom. After interviewing five companies, I decided to hire 4 Seasons Remodeling & Design. It was worth the effort. I am so happy I hired Jacob and his team who were fantastic to work with. We hired 4 Season Remodeling & design to renovate our home for a modern look. Starting from day one, we were impressed with the constant communication from Jacob and his team. Jacob and his team did a complete remodel of our Master suite, including the master bedroom and master bathroom, in Murrieta. We have a very upscale house in a very upscale neighborhood and wanted to update completely the look and have all new materials and fixtures etc., all very high end. Lots of stone and tile work, custom cabinets, Italian designer sinks and lights. After completing the design phase with an interior designer, we had four contractors bid the job, including 4 Season Remodeling & design. Jacob was not the low bidder, but we could tell from the bids and talking with each contractor that he would do the highest quality work, and we also felt he would have a very good chance of hitting budget and schedule, so we selected him. We had had some previous experiences in remodeling with other contractors where schedule and cost slipped quite badly, and I am pleased to report that Jacob hit the schedule and cost exactly according to their bid, with no slippage whatsoever. It is a bit of a shock to have that experience! Jacob has some very experienced subcontractors for plumbing and stone and tile work, which we had a lot of, and they did a fantastic quality job for them. Jacob and his senior worker Dave supervised the whole project fairly closely, and they were great at accommodating my micro-managing of the project and my attention to the finest details. We really did not experience any significant issues during the entire project. I would strongly recommend 4 Season Remodeling & design, and we definitely plan to use them again for our next two bathroom remodel projects.

Jacob, at 4 Season Remodeling & design, did a complete 2 bathrooms and kitchen remodeling project. They replaced in 1 of the bathrooms the bathtub with a shower and upgraded the doors, the sinks, countertops, and splash. Jacob managed the entire work, and he did an amazing job. He gave me a timely and clear estimate, applied for city permits and arranged city inspections, advised me on all the purchases of required products (e.g., shower fixtures, cabinets, lights etc..), facilitated my selection of tile, assigned a highly skilled and thoughtful person to do the work (sometimes with the help of a second person), and oversaw the flow of work. He also was in close communication throughout the project. The installation of the materials were exceptional in an innovative design. I couldn’t be more pleased and satisfied with the results.

Jacob and his crew at 4 Season Remodeling & design did an excellent job on our large scale remodeling project that included the Kitchen, bathrooms and the master bedroom. They did the project on time and on budget, got everything done to high standards, and the permit inspections went perfectly smoothly. I recommend Jacob and his team without reservation. The project involved taking out all the walls, cabinets, shower, raising the ceiling, and putting in new walls, appliances, new showers, toilets, new sink, hardware and new lights too. They also replaced our old electrical sub-panel with a modern one and ran new electrical wires to the kitchen, bedroom, and bathrooms. Jacob was a great project manager and had great judgment of when/how to best communicate with me, ask me for my preferences, raise concerns and update me. The new remodeling spaces look and works great!

We just completed our remodel with Future Vision and are walking away happy customers and deeply appreciative of the heart they put into our home and project. For context, this was a mid-sized remodel of 3 bathrooms (1 with a major reconfiguration of the layout), 1 bar, 2 fireplaces, 1 mudroom and recessed lighting throughout the house. This is also our forever home, so quality of work was of utmost importance. This project spanned over 5-6 months. Timing was really driven by us and delays in materials due to the pandemic or changing our minds. There were no delays on Jacob’s side. I had the joy of working with Jacob, our Project Manager, our Designer, Jacob’s team and our architect. When they say customer service and communication are at the center of their values and goals as a company, I do agree. — In terms of customer service, this was always at the center of the project. If it mattered enough to me, Jacob and team would make things happen no matter how small or large. Of course, with all projects with multiple parties, there are competing incentives, but I always felt like we landed at a fair compromise and making me happy was the most important goal of them all. This means a lot to me because over the course of the project we discussed things from them helping me with a surprise water leak from a faulty gutter (not their fault) to me literally marking areas where I wanted even the smallest corner re-grouted and they fulfilled their promise. I also loved shopping with our designer, which were great retail locations they have strong relationships with. — In terms of communication, they are also top-notch. A key reason why I chose 4 Seasons Remodeling & Design over other companies was my first meeting with Jacob. He is a straight shooter and always sticks to his word. This is an art. Jacob always set clear and realistic expectation upfront on what would delay us or add costs to the project. If he promised, he would fix something he would. Jacob and his team were also very available and quick to communicate via chat or phone. I always felt very supported because they always made themselves available. Remodeling your home is an emotional journey, so this is extremely important. — Lastly, I would also say that I walked away feeling like working with a team with “heart.” Jacob’s team became people I enjoyed seeing an interacting with regularly. They are very professional and know that their job is not simply to remodel a house, but that their job is to create a home for a family. I don’t know of a more important calling than this. They were professional, courteous, easy to get along with, and did great work. We found his fees to be very reasonable, and we appreciated his detailed estimate. Here is a list of why we recommend Jacob. 1. Impeccable Design. Jacob referred us to a landscape designer who did a phenomenal job with designing the project. The designer was reasonably priced and responsive to our feedback and edits. 2. Accurate Estimation. After he received our final plans, Jacob provided a detailed line-by-line estimate. No other estimates were as detailed. 3. Phenomenal Crew. Jacob’s crew was professional, courteous, and they finished the project on time. They did a great job with a new retaining wall, new trees, new shrubs, an extension of our patio, new sprinkler zone, drainage, and a zone of artificial turf to support our new swing set. They had clearly done several of these projects in the past.   4. Changes. Jacob and I agreed on several changes through the project (e.g., new sprinkler zone and some additional trees) and the final invoice accurately reflected those changes. We are all excited to enjoy our backyard.

He made sure to visit the house at least 3-4 times a week, and his quote was well within our budget. He prepped our house with great attention to all the details (small or big), kept the dust to a minimum, asked us to join a walkthrough at the end of the work, and also made sure that his employees cleaned each day before they left to their homes. Jacob and his team at 4 Season Remodeling & design worked on two projects in my house. Both were relatively complicated. The first was fixing a gap between the upstairs bedroom and downstairs living room, which resulted in building out new walls, floors, and ceilings in a difficult to reach area, and ensuring the insulation was soundproof. The second was making a little den beneath the stairs that was finished. His team could complete both tasks in just a week for each project, for an incredibly reasonable price, and with utmost professionalism. To give you a sense of things. After every day’s job, they made sure they left the place clean and tidy to not disturb my daily routine. All the construction work was made to match the surrounding home decor - for instance, they used paint that matched the paint in the rest of the house, and wood that matched the hardwood flooring. They also fixed things that weren’t part of their work and with no charge, such as holes and stains on the wall. I’ve shown the completed work to friends, and they’ve commented on how amazing everything looks and how they would have expected the work to have costed twice the amount I paid. I plan to use Jacob and his team again for any future project. I can’t recommend them anymore than that.

We had few remodeling projects that we needed done for our home and from the beginning, our project manager, Jacob, did not disappoint us. Jacob and his team were professional, kind, and always took the time to discuss our needs about some changes we wanted to make. Jacob gave us many suggestions and ideas and we quickly got to work. We needed several things done on the inside of our home, but also in the backyard and front driveway. Jacob and his team transformed the floors, yard and driveway into a more modern, beautifully put a together work of art. Some of this work included making cement repairs and changing the driveway from stone to concrete. A bunch of the bricks in the yard were damaged and old and Jacob’s team could redo the walls and floors with the new brick color we selected. We could immediately see a difference as they payed so much attention to detail in lining everything up perfectly and we could tell that they had a lot of experience. We also changed some of the flooring in the inside of our home, which came out just as great. Overall, very professional and efficient work, good communication and always showing up to work.

We are in love with our new half-bath, and incredibly pleased with the work by the 4 Season Remodeling & design team! Jacob and Jose were prompt, professional, and easy to work with. Jacob kept in regular close contact with us to make sure everything was on track. Even though the size of our job was small in comparison too many of their other projects, they put the same amount of quality and energy into making sure it was done well. Overall, we knew what we wanted when we decided to re-landscape our front and back yard, but going from head to paper to reality doesn’t always happen mainly because we wanted too much that at the end would not look good. Lucky for us, Jacob, with his exceptional experience and knowledge, could make it happen. Jacob’s knowledge as an arborist made it easy for us to communicate our ideas while taking advantage of his design expertise. I’ve been through my share of remodels and almost all the experiences took more time, more money...you know the story. And then my mother’s condo had water damage, which was uninhabitable. Despite solid insurance, the moment the tests came back positive for mold and sewage, we knew this was going to be a complete move out, demo and remodel. I had 5 bids come back and chose Jacob with 4 Season Remodeling & design. He and his team are my heroes. Open communication, direct eye contact, honest opinions, quick problem solving, and most of all, they took care of us when COVID hit and the building shut down to all contractors. Even though we had weeks left on our schedule to get the job done, I could have the Board give us 5 days so that my mother could move back in and they made it happen with no changes to the original renderings. Jacob at 4 Season Remodeling & design just completed an extensive overhaul of our front, back and side yards (which included extensive hardscaping, landscaping, lighting and irrigation). Before this project, we had a 1980s home with a warm modern interior BUT a very dated exterior that was detracting from / conflicted with the feel of our home. After working with Jacob, the exterior now compliments the house — it is modern and warm with spotless lines and is awesome to come home to each day, I would recommend 4 Season Remodeling & design without question. We will gladly work with him again on future projects. We LOVE the finished product and have only positive things to say about the working experience (from design to demo to planting). At the outset, Jacob listened to our preferences and translated a high level conversation into a thoughtful and well-planned design concept. Received a call back within a couple of hours after contacting him and his crew could start the following week. We were in need of designing a new pool (now that we are home because of COVID), hardscape, landscape stucco work, and outdoor kitchen. His crew was efficient, thorough, and professional. His teams were particularly a pleasure to work with. When you see Jacob, you can see how passionate he is about his profession, very detailed, and his suggestions enhanced the overall look.
