Installers left some propane line that was supposed to be buried exposed. Installers did not know that 2 new gas regulators would be required and had to come out again to install those. Without the 2 stage regulators the install was not working correctly.

Fabulous install. Very professional and on time. Arrived promptly, evaluated and installed in about 3 hours. Very friendly and courteous. Hauled away old hot water tank at no extra charge. Cleaned up after themselves too.
