+ -1 moreOrlicks repaired the roof, facia and other trim on my Dad's house that we were preparing to sell. We were in a hurry to get the job finished so that we could close on the sale, and Mr. Orlick was very helpful in coming right over for the inspection and also fitting the job into his schedule. His workmanship was excellent.
Description of Work: Rick replaced and repaired decking on the roof, rafter tails, facia and a couple pieces of trim on the property at 210 Cattail in Templeton.

Description of Work: SPECIFICATIONS *tear off existing two layers of roofing material and haul away. *inspect roof for dry rot or nail holes in electrical conduit. *replace all dryrot and questionable wood on roof decks (including facia, plywood, etc. not listed below. additional work exceeding normal work would be agreed upon by both parties prior to beginning the repair.. sheetmetal; *install new drip edge metal on perimeter *install new pipe flashing jacks *install new valley metal where needed *install step shingles where needed on roof-to -wall areas Material application of flat and pitched roofs *install 15 lb. paper underlayment *install Lifetime composition shingles / Owens Corning Duration Premium Designer *install new ridge glass Contract amount was competetive. I have re roofed this home before in 1992, doing all the work myself. I installed the roof over the existing asphalt shingles. That does not make me an expert but helps me recognise professionalism in this particular case. I would recommend Orleck's Roofing to everyone. I would love to be a salesman for them because I feel certain satisfied customers would be the norm.
