The service was a bit slow but the results were as expected.

They did a good overall job. We dropped the lawn mower off for repair and they said it would take 5-7 days for the repair. They finished in three days. When we went to pick it up, they started it for us and we noticed there was still a minor problem with the engine not idling properly. The mechanic adjusted it while we waited. They charge $20 to look at the unit and give you an estimate and the $20 is then deductible from the full price if you have them do the work. If you decide not to have them perform the service, they would keep the $20. They made this clear when we dropped off the unit.
