real estate appraisal
 + -1 moreKimberly, the appraiser came to our home as requested by the mortgage company, to do a refi appraisal. We gave her copies of all the permits and explained what improvements had been done in recent years. After 2 hours of measuring, taking notes, etc, she left saying she would finish the appraisal and let us know. We never heard...then later got a call from A DIFFERENT appraiser stating that Kimberly at Smith/Solomon appraisers had declined to do the appraisal and we now needed another! We thought there must be a mistake, so we called Kimberly to get an update. No one returned our call or gave us the courtesy to let us know what had happened.
