Our tree was in trouble and were told we should solicit the opinion of an arborist. Robert agreed to stop by and review our situation before making a decision. The positioning of the tree is the focal point for our front yard - we wanted to do our utmost to save it. One limb is straight as an arrow, while the other could well be a safety hazard for passers-by. We could clearly see the stress fractures beginning to show the weight it was carrying. We are lucky - the Sycamore is not protected in our area, which allowed us some latitude on how we would go about trimming the tree (or removing the leaning trunk altogether, if required). Robert came by on his own time and graciously reviewed the tree for NO COST. We offered remuneration, but he declined citing his assessment taking maybe ten minutes of his time. Based on his recommendation, we had the tree trimmed. The load on the leaning trunk was so greatly reduced, the trunk actually lifted up more than foot from it's previous position and we are continuing to enjoy it's shade. Thank you, Robert!

I was very impressed. His crew was very neat. I would hire him again. I was really impressed with how they trimmed the large tree without destroying my garden which was right below. Punctual and professional.
