It was good. They were very professional over the phone and they used non-toxic cleaners.

stairs were so wet they had to come back 3 times and set up fans to dry. coupon for discount on hall and stairs still cost $375 over $69 coupon. customer service friendly and quick to respond but technicians sketchy. carpet edge pulled up by suction wanted $45 to tack it back down,,,,on top off the $444 they were already getting/ wont use again.

.Steve did an excellent job of cleaning my carpeting.   It hadn't been cleaned in over six or seven years and I didn't think it could ever look new again.   It is a light colored carpet and It had lots spots from spilled coffee, dog accidents and so forth.   I had considered having it removed and replacing it and am I glad I didn't do that..   The entire carpet looks amazing and I think I've got a number of years left in the carpeting now that he cleaned it.
Steve is a very nice, congenial man.   He really worked hard during the whole process.   I have never had a carpet cleaner do such an outstanding job.  So glad I chose him and I will definitely recommend him to friends.
 

Steve Montesanti, the owner, did all the work himself. Worked fast but was very thorough. Very pleasant and professional. When giving the estimate a few days earlier made it clear what to expect and that a few carpet stains were not likely to be completely eliminated because there was discoloration of the carpet. Overall did a very good job on the carpets and upholstery. We were very pleased with the results.

I have had Steve here before and once again he did an excellent job. I was concerned about one of my young cats getting sick after the job and I called Steve and he assured me he didn't use any chemicals. After 4 days the cat is now beginning to act normally again so she may have just been very sensitive to the soap. My other young cat had no reaction. I will definitely use Steve again and will recommend him to friends and family. I apologize to Steve if my phone call to him about my cat upset him.

This is the second time that I've used this company.  Over the years I've used other companies and the job Quality Carpet Care did far surpasses the competition.  My carpets look new.  I will use them again and again!

The experience was great. He is great. He has been on Angie's List for so long. I was happy with the rug, and he is a very nice person.

I called Steve on very short notice to see if he might have time to clean my carpets.  It was my first time using him.  He was responsive and flexible and was able to come in the next day, which was a plus for my schedule.  Gave me a window of time when he would come and showed up at the beginning of that window.  I did prep the room first and took out all the extra stuff in the room except 2 sofas, which he moved around during the cleaning process and replaced at the end.  Took him less than an hour to get my carpets cleaned.  They looked great afterward!  He also left me with a bottle of carpet spot cleaner.  I will use him again, next time for a bigger job.

Professional in every way.  Steve arrived on time, measured and reviewed the estimate with me, thoroughly cleaned carpets in a timely manner.  I'm very satisfied with the results and I will be calling on this provider again.

Easy to make an appointment, no "phone tag".  I was amazed how clean he got my carpets. Even some bad dog stains are gone.  It's been 6 months now and the stains have not reappeared. I got a 20% discount since I had all the furniture all ready moved. Looks  like he does not sub-contract , steve  did all the work him self.  He was very professional .

Sort of surmised that my carpet was done for, as I've had dogs for years, but needed to see what could be done. When I called they were able to schedule an appointment quickly, they truck arrived in the specified time window, and it took him about 80 minutes to clean all the carpets. They gave me a discount, because I moved what furniture I wanted out of the way myself (thank you!). He agreed that some of the stains would not come out, but said that it would look better. Sure does. I believe I'll be able to relax a bit without getting new carpet immediately. Thanks!

We've used Quality Carpet Care before and will continue to.  Steve arrived on time, measured the areas to be cleaned, and provided a price quote.  He thoroughly cleaned the carpets paying special attention to spots that required it and moved furniture as needed. The carpets look excellent.  We recommend Quality Carpet Care to our friends and neighbors because you simply get excellent work at a fair price.

My carpets are 20 years old.  When purchased they were good carpets and I was told they would last 10 years if taken care of.  They have been cleaned many times over the years, but I must say that Steve did the best job ever.  If you need to have your carpets cleaned, give Steve a call. . .you won't be disappointed.

This is the third time we have used Steve to clean our carpets and really I wouldn't even consider anyone else. He looks professional he acts professional and he does an excellent job at a reasonable price. My daughter (who unfortunately lives out of Steve's area) had her carpets cleaned and the guy told her that he only cleans carpet he doesn't move anything. After hearing this I was even more impressed with Steve's work as he will move about anything that's movable. Nothing that's too heavy of course but he moved the bed and couch and night stands, etc. Then he puts little blocks underneath them so it will dry properly. As long as we live in the area of Quality Carpet Care in the San Gabriel Valley we will only use them.

Steve was punctual, courtious and did a great job, I will be using him again.
