Incredibly slow & rude with no attention to detail whatsoever. My aunt hired this contractor to do her kitchen remodel. They gave her a timeline and then had several delays. That happens. However, nobody would show up for several days during the week and they would want to come and work every weekend after promising that they'd work M-F during normal business hours. They claimed there was delays because of "custom" cabinetry she had. Interestingly, she picked out Ikea cabinets and really, really should have had them do the kitchen - it would have been less money and taken less time. They claim they couldn't get the tiles straight on the backsplash of the stove because the tiles my aunt bought were too cheap. The metal security doors were both repainted and there are globs of paint where there shouldn't be. The back door used to have a chain lock. They changed the back door. The chain is still there on the side with nowhere to go. They told her that they couldn't remove it. They were supposed to fix some wood in the living room and didn't. The inside area of the front door is a mess. They left a ton of trash on the side of the house that they were supposed to haul away. I could go on and on. Oh, and they claim to have made concessions and gave her a discount. Yeah, sure. To top it off the guy was a complete jerk. He wanted to charge my aunt an absolutely ridiculous amount to hang some blinds on a big window because he didn't want to do it. My aunt now has to hire a handyman to finish all of the details they refused to do.
