ONCE YOU START THE BIKE THE WARRANTY IS VOID!We purchased a KXR pocket rocket it stopped working after an hour of play two days after we purchased it. The clutch springs fell out and cylinder head was cracked. They refuse to exchange or refund. They said the warranty is void when the bike is started. We have been trying two resolve this for two weeks. They are demanding us to pay for parts and shipping and to repair it ourselves. We have just thrown 400.00 away and my sons birthday was ruined.
