 + -1 moreIt went great, overall. Everything works, and I haven't had any problems since he fixed it. I am happy with the work. He didn't try to up sell me on anything, he told me honestly what the problem probably was. He even gave me some suggestions of how I might be able to fix it myself to try and save some money.
Description of Work: I had a hot water line under the house going to the washing machine that was frozen. He went into the crawl space, cut out the pipe and replaced it, hooked up a drain pipe for the washing machine, and he cleaned the grey water drain it was hooked to.
