Scheduled appointment was for 8:00 a.m. on July 12, 2006. Mr. Chiu did not arrive till 9:00 a.m. However, Mr. Chiu did call to let me know that he would be late and was very busy. Mr. Chiu was very knowlegeable, and I would use him again. The only negative was that when the price for repair was discussed with a lady in the office at Heart Co., the price quoted was $149.00 versus the $159.00 actually paid.
