AFFILIATED CARPET WAREHOUSE

We moved into a new condominium in June 2008 and the guys at Affiliated helped us select a beautiful, high quality carpet for our master bedroom (the only room we were carpeting) at that time. They installed it and it was like walking on clouds -- soft, plush and we loved it. In January 2009, though, an upstairs unit had a plumbing problem and water flooded into our master bedroom, drenching our brand new carpet. We decided we didn't want the potential of a mold problem, allergy or asthma problem because of the water damage to the practically brand new carpet. We called Affiliated and they were able to give us the exact same carpet, same padding, same everything for the same price we had paid in June. We ordered the new carpet within a week of the flooding, and it arrived within about 10 days -- but our place wasn't ready for the new carpeting yet since we didn't realize how long it would take to work things out with the insurance company handling the claim. Jeff at Affiliated was super-helpful, accommodating us by hanging on to that carpet for us for two months until the room was fixed up again and ready for the new carpet. Once we were ready for the installation, Jeff and Nick sent out one of their teams of installers who did an excellent job of installing the carpet for us. They were punctual, efficient, neat, very professional and personable, and finished sooner than expected. Also, with the extra little pieces left over, they cut a couple of little doormats for us which we have also put to good use.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY, AND USE THEM AGAIN IF I NEED ANY CARPET WORK DONE. THE QUALITY OF WORK IS PRETTY GOOD. I FELT COMFORTABLE WITH THEM. THEY GOT THINGS DONE AS QUICK AS IT COULD BE. I WAS PRETTY IMPRESSED.
