Electrical Service
We contacted Zyntel, Inc. based on a referral; we required an electrician immediately, as we were re-doing a portion of the roof and needed to re-wire two electrical lines while the roofer was present. Zyntel, Inc. responded quickly. The electrician inspected the job, and verbally told us that there would be no cost (the work would be "gratis", based on the referral). After work was completed, he indicated they would have to charge -- we wound up paying $300 for the work.
