Their advertising accentuates their guarantee. The door on the unit they installed started leaking. They sent a technician and engineer to address the problem. They claimed that the leaking on their door was not warrantied. They originally guaranteed the door 100% and now they are going back on this. I suggested that the problem was with the striker plate not being large enough for the door. They dismissed this and would not back up their original guarantee. They had a guy replace the striker plate with the same exact size, only this time they did not use any silicone. Please don't buy this based on the warranty alone. Buyer beware.
Description of Work: They install a walk in Jaccuzi tub for me.
