Overall, it went very well. It did take them longer than they anticipated, but they did work until it was dark enough they had to use artificial light and didn't match the carpet properly on the landing. It turns out it was the way the carpet was curled on the roll, but they did come back and fix it. They were good on price and were very professional. They had to send someone out a couple times to fix some things, but they did it gladly.

It was really smooth. The hardest part was picking out the color of the carpet. Once we made our choice, the service techs installed the carpeting very quickly.

My wife met with them on Thursday or Friday to get a quote. She liked it and the guy came out on Saturday. It was a quick turn around. Then Robert, the installer was very nice and proficient and it was just an overall positive experience. I would definitely use them in the future.

The only down side was the tremendous amount of dust from the removal of the old pad. I only wish we were warned about this ahead of time.

I had my upstairs re-carpeted by Temecula Carpets. They were much easier to deal with than any other carpet store we visited and we went to 5-7 other stores in the area. The greatest part about their show room is the prices are listed on all the carpets and the price includes pad and installation so you can do your own math know exactly how much each of the carpets will cost you. Every other store wants you to pick a carpet then they go look it up and come back with a price this takes about 5 min per selection and you don't know if the one you are looking at is $20/yrd or $40/yrd until they go look it up. Price was the best around by comparison Home Depot wanted $1700 more for the same carpet installed in the same area. The only thing I would have liked to seen different was to have a representative from the store come out and do an inspection of the work preformed as the installer was contracted through them or so I presume, not that there was any issue but would be nice to know they are checking the work of their installers. The installer spoke very little English, ( not a problem and probably the standard for the industry) and there was only one guy, it took him two days to complete the job which was a bit of an inconvenience but not a huge deal.

I ordered the wood flooring through Temecula Carpets for the price, but I used my contractor to install. The only problem with ordering the wood was that I could not return any unused, unopened boxes. So it took a little bit of a loss in my savings. The installer from Temecula Carpets for the upstairs was very good in working with my contractor and getting the install done in a very reasonable time.

My wife only had one conversation with an older female at Temecula Carpets that she wasn’t very happy with during a question on restocking of unused materials. But that was only occasion we never had a problem with just speaking to Pam on any other conversations.

It was great to work with a very honest and straight up company, that was working with us every step of the way during our remodel.

The installer they sent was fabulous. He is a contractor with Temecula Carpets to do inspections. He is wonderful. I did not have any problems with him. The flooring was here when they said it would be here. The installer showed up on the day he was supposed to. They have been in business for 30 years. I will use them in the future as long as the installer is the same person who came last time.
