I brought in a part to my tractor, a turnbuckle bolt, that is not usually found in a hardware store, but I was told that Ace might have it. Issy took the item and found a similar bolt but he had to cut off the broken one. It was quite an ordeal and he had to saw it. I was ready to give up because I knew it would not be easy to cut through that metal. However he did it and took a lot of time to remove the bent part and attach a new bolt to that. He went above and beyond the call of duty. I so appreciate this.
