My dog was sick and they took in mind he was scared and not feeling well! This office really cares for the animals and you can tell they care in what they do!!!

They are good. They take care of my dog and they have brought her back to health but their prices are high.

It went very good. My appointment was on time and the staff was very friendly and professional. The hospital is clean.

Surgery and post-surgery follow up went as expected. Price was reasonable compared to other vets

Initially, I gave this vet a glowing review, that was back in February of this year. Since then, however, service has been inconsistent at best. Some visits go smoothly, others are horrible. The doctor we had a follow up appointment with today, (we had booked it for today JUST to see the same doctor) turned out not to be even working. The overall attitude of the reception staff is lacking at best. More of a and quot;don't careand quot; attitude.
Waiting times also can be extremely long, even with an appointment. I have been made to wait 25 minutes in an exam room (tho not today) with an very impatient cat to see the doctor. Last week, an elderly lady came out of an exam room and angrily asked the staff how much longer it would take as she had been waiting 40 minutes!
While I have no problems with the actual doctors, the whole experience at this vet office has gone downhill rapidly. I would seriously recommend new patients look at other options before going here.
As for me, I will begin looking for a new vet after this last experience.

They already know our cats and have all of their records so the process of checking them in went smoothly. As far as I could tell they were well taken care of.

He seemed to be very competent.

I really like how they took the time to listen to everything that I had to say before kind of cutting me off suggesting stuff. My dog had an adverse reaction to a shot given. They worked with the dog five or six times, always trying to make sure he was okay and telling me what I needed to do. The vet is good and patient. He actually seemed like he cared unlike at some places where they have an uncaring attitude. The facility was clean, simple, not a lot of ads and other stuff but strictly veterinary stuff. We have not gone to a vet in a very long time, so I don’t have a basis to compare the price. They definitely met my satisfaction. I would use them again in the future.

My husband and I went to see Dr. Downs at South Temecula Veterinary Hospital for our Cairn terrier's annual Bordetella vaccine, and to check out what looked like swollen follicles on Darlin's face. After being acknowledged by a young lady at the front desk, Darlin's weight was recorded, and we were ushered into an exam room. Dr. Downs appeared within a few minutes, and after greeting us all, proceeded to examine our dog and explained to us that the skin condition which I had noticed a few days before, would be treatable with medication at home. Dr. Downs then administered the Bordetella vaccine and mentioned that Darlin was soon due to have her teeth cleaned. A consent form/fact sheet was provided for that procedure, which also included reference to possible required tests and the charges for those various services. I paid the bill and we left. The is probably Darlin's 4th or 5th appointment with Dr. Downs, who came highly recommended to me. Darlin is easily stressed, so we appreciate the time Dr. Downs takes with our "pet-child", as well as her patience to review any instructions to us. Not only is Dr. Downs an excellent veterinarian, I can tell that she really loves the animals in her care and is sensitive to their needs. We are very pleased with everyone at this facility and consider Dr. Downs as Darlin's vet from this point forward.

The vets and the staff cleaned the gland out and put him on long acting antibiotic. We had to bring him back twice more for more for long acting antibiotics. Each time they were very good at handling our cat. They also worked with us to keep costs in line. The cat is now 16 and doing fine.
