Sierra Soft Wash was a true lifesaver for us! After our home insurance was dropped due to mold and fungus on our roof, Sierra Soft Wash stepped in with a solution. From the beginning, their team was highly professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They performed a thorough soft wash on our roof and prepared a detailed report with photos to send to our insurance company. When the initial submission didn’t resolve the issue, they went above and beyond by coming back six weeks later to retake photos and create a new submission package. Thanks to their persistence and attention to detail, we were able to get our insurance reinstated. A special shoutout to Jessica, who was amazing throughout the process. We couldn’t recommend Sierra Soft Wash more highly!

Sierra Soft Wash is an amazing company. I was selling my house and needed it completely cleaned on the outside. They were so professional and did a fantastic job. I have a lot of plants and they were very careful around them. My house looks like new! I would highly recommend them.

Darby and Jessica did a terrific job as they did on prior work. I especially appreciated that they voluntarily did an additional treatment on my roof where moss was the worst. They did so at no charge just to ensure that it was properly taken care of. The gutter cleaning made the gutters look really good again and same for the garden walls. Darby and Jessica work hard and do a great job plus they are so pleasant and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. Based on their quality of work, fair pricing, and great customer service, they are the type of small business that you like to support.

It was excellent. They did a great job, clean it very well, polite, very courteous, professional, wonderful people, did an excellent job , and I would hire them again. They came on time, finished the job completely, but did a thorough job and the make sure I was satisfied. They asked me questions and concern about the job and I said no, it looks thorough and clean. They explained that it will take several days to complete the come off of the roof in terms of the moss and if I had a question they said to call them back.

Very well! They showed up right on time and were very clear about their process for washing the solar panels. They also cleaned up our front pathway and our windows. Darby came by the next day and even touched up a small spot on one of the panels that was still there. Their pricing was straightforward and transparent, and they actually finished quicker than expected. Overall a well put together outfit, would certainly recommend!
