If anyone were to ask me for a name of a roofing company, I would highly recommend Sierra Soft Wash. Sierra Soft Wash did work on my roof, and they did an amazing job. They were quick, extremely thorough, very considerate of my time, and kept me informed every step of the way. Jessica, the Coordinator, worked with me closely, and provided all the answers to my questions. She was very patient and was extremely responsive to all of my texts and emails that I sent her. She was great! Furthermore, the cost of the work done on my roof was very affordable, which was an added plus. They performed a thorough soft wash on our roof and prepared a detailed report with photos to send to our insurance company. When the initial submission didn’t resolve the issue, they went above and beyond by coming back six weeks later to retake photos and create a new submission package. I was fortunate to find Sierra Soft Wash after my insurance company required me to wash my roof. I was looking for a company local to me in south Riverside county. Not only was the wash done in a professional and timely manner, but also they offered to contact my insurance company directly to provide proof of the wash. And it all was done at a reasonable price.

A Very Reputable Company with Extraordinary Service and Attention to Detail! We contracted with Darby and Jessica to clean our 30 plus year old clay "S" tile roof of 4200 square feet. They treated the roof in a professional manner. They indicated the remaining residue would wash off with a good rain. Unfortunately we did not have rain for 8 months and the residue hardened a bit. We contacted them regarding the remaining residue as they offer a one year warranty. No questions asked, they scheduled a return visit and returned to address the few areas needing attention. As with their first service, they were prompt, efficient, and provided exceptional attention to the care of our property and surroundings. Our roof is like new! We cannot adequately express our satisfaction with the quality of service, care and follow thru they provide. A truly remarkable team!

Jessica and Darby were very pleasant when they came out for the estimate to pressure wash the concrete in the front and back yard. They noticed a shady section of my roof had some weeds growing on the shingles. Glad they noticed. When they came out to do the work they were on time. They cleaned the concrete thoroughly. They noticed that some of the concrete needs re-staining before it gets sealed. Darby treated the roof. Yes I was satisfied with their work and very professional. They are just nice people to work with.
