Rocketman Plumbing

Rocketman Plumbing was sent by American Home Shield Home Warranty company for a hot water heater leak, they brought their "mold guy" with them without being asked to. They determined that the drywall was wet and won't go back until we show clearance for mold? There is no evidence of mold, there is no smell of mold. There was a one time, sudden loss of water and now we are being held hostage by the home warranty company and the plumber to do unnecessary mold remediation or the warranty company won't honor the claim. The warranty company won't honor the claim because they say they haven't been given a diagnosis even though the plumber bypassed the hot water heater to prevent further leaks. What a ridiculous scam this plumber is a part of.

The repair went very well and was completed very quickly. In comparison, Rocketman Plumbing was able to locate slab leak and repair completely at a fraction of the cost, compared to two other plumbing quotes from local plumbing companies.

Was distracted. Never focused on job at hand. Forget parts, tools etc. Left leaks in copper plumbing, didnt clean parts before soldering. Sloppy

Neil started off strong and seemed knowledgable but faded as the project went along. he was to distracted to concentrate on my job because of personal issues and kept forgeting tools, parts ect. Only worked a couple hours the first two days. Worked very long on the last day to get all the rough work done and he didnt test the copper piping at all. The shower valve was plumbed Hot/Cold reversed and the trim was not crooked and loose.I caught him not cleaning copper fittings and pipe before soldering (shower valve) and two days later the valve solder joint was leaking and I had to put and cap the lines to restore water to my house. I called for 3 days and Neil said he was coming back but he didnt. I had to get another plumber to fix things.
