We have 12 windows in the kitchen and 8 in the smallest bedroom in a 3 bed 3 bath 2 story house. Total number of windows is over 40. He has a series of prices depending on the house size and if it is one story or 2. I think there were more windows than he had anticipated but he cleaned them all without asking for more money.
A 2 story 2350 sq. ft. house was $129 but that was lasy year so prices have gone up.
He arrived on time, left the house clean.
We would certainly use him again.

They called us the day before to confirm the appointment and Richard showed up on time and went right to work. He first took down all screens and scrubbed them, then cleaned all window tracks and inside windows, moving furniture when he needed to get to a window. He then cleaned all the outside windows even getting rid of some old construction gunk that had been on my sliding door glass since the house was built two years ago. He tend reinstalled all the screens. The windows are spotless! I can't stop looking through them. I will definitely use Richards service again.

Good experience. Have used them in the past. They have always been on time, were courteous and professional. I would recommend though to check if the screens are placed back correctly. I had to change most of them, as they were placed the wrong way.

Owner/technician arrived early (a plus) and we spoke briefly, yet informally, then he explained his procedure and began cleaning.I was able to leave the property for two hours while the cleaning took place.

I requested a :30 call prior to arrival and prior to completion of the job and received both calls.

I am a repeat client and will continue to be.
