The service was great. They gave me a reasonable quote, and they were very honest. I was very pleased with the outcome. They even finished the job within a few hours on the same day I took it in.

My vehicle was stalling and idling rough. I was charged $ 100.00 for a diagnosis. I was later contacted and told that the repairs needed to fix the problem was to replace the spark plugs and pcv valve for an additional $ 325.00. I agreed and later picked up the vehicle after repairs. It immediatly stalled and still idled rough. I brought this to their attention and was told that the computer needed to reset itself and it would take 2 days. After 2 days the problem persisted, I returned and reported the problem to them, the manager lifted the dipstick pointed our to steam/ smoke coming from that hole while running and said the engine block is destroyed. I requested futher repair or refund for repairs done that did not fix my vehicle and was accused of being a money grubber who wanted others to work on my vehicle for free. This turned into a major arguement that lasted for over a week, while we negotiated a fair repayment for the services. I finally accepted a $ 135.00 refund to end the stress as I learned that they could take up to 20 years for repayment if I took them to small claims court. They also told me that they charged me $ 100.00 diagnosis just to hook up the check engine light, additional diagnosis could run several hundred dollars. I would not recommed this shop to anyone due to poor automotive services and very rude costomer service.
