My experience with this company was terrible. The work was extremely unprofessional and the workers did not clean up after themselves. I will never use their painting services again.

I called the office of Premier Painting Professionals on Monday, 11/28/2011 and spoke to Joy Fino, Keith's wife.  She set up an appointment for Keith to come to my house on Tuesday, 11/29/2011 at 3:30PM to look at the house and see what needs to be done.  He was right on time and a pleasure to deal with.  He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and is great with dogs.  After looking things over, he told us he would e-mail us a quote in a few days with a price that would make us very happy.  On Friday, 12/2/2011, I received a detailed description of the job he and his workers would perform, along with the cost.  Keith was a man of his word.  The price he quoted was half the amount we expected.  I sent Keith an e-mail response letting him know that we accepted the proposal on Sunday, 12/4/2011.  When we spoke to Keith during his initial visit, we made it clear that we were not in a hurry to get started and would like to get through the holidays first.  Keith honored our request and waited until Monday, 1/2/2012 to call us and see if we were ready to get started.  We agreed and he came over on Tuesday, 1/3/2012 with his crew to powerwash the house and bring some paint samples to match the existing color of the stucco.  (The head of the Architectural Committee at Chardonnay Hills told me that if I matched the existing colors, this is just considered maintenance, and requires no written approval.)  On Wednesday, 1/4/2012, Keith and his crew (all of which are very friendly, hard-working, and professional) began the process of caulking, sanding, scraping, priming, repairing the stucco, and covering the windows to prepare for the painting.  On Thursday, 1/5/2012, Keith and his crew began painting the stucco and patio cover.  On Friday, 1/6/2012, Keith and his crew finished painting the trim, facia, and front door, and did a thorough job of cleaning up the work area.  Keith was there every morning to examine the work his crew was doing and make sure everything was done to his satisfaction.  The crew foreman walked around the house with my dad at completion to do a final inspection with him.  The house looked great - they did a terrific job.  Neighbors walking by were so impressed with the job they were doing, Keith picked up 2 more jobs in the neighborhood!  On Sunday evening, 1/8/2012, Keith stopped by the house with his family (wife and young son) so we could meet them and pay for the job.  It was a pleasure meeting them - they are truly nice people.  His son enjoyed meeting my dog - she wouldn't stop licking him and making him laugh.  From start to finish, Keith and his workers proved to be complete professionals and a pleasure to work with.

The experience I had with Premier Painting Professionals was better then I could have ever expected. They came out and provided me with a free professional estimate, and when the Owner Keith came out, he was on time and was so professional and he did not try to pressure me into signing a contract, instead, he provided me with a professional typed estimate, sent to me by e-mail that day after the estimate. After I choose them to paint my house, they came out and helped me with my color section and applied color samples to the walls on the interior and exterior to make sure I liked the way the looked. They exterior painting included a power wash on my home. The crew was very professional and respectful, and they kept the work area very clean which was really helpful with my children around. Keith was great, he always checked to make sure I was happy and was very clear in explaining the process and progress of the job. He answered all my questions and returned my phone calles very quickly. It really made the experience very pleasent. I would recommend Premier Painting Professionals to anyone who needs any painting done. Great Company, Great Experiance.
