Exterior Painting
THE PAINTERS WERE VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. THEY WERE SLIGHTLY SLOPPY IN THEIR CLEANUP. I HAD TO PICK UP SOME OF THEIR TRASH AND THEY DIDN'T REMOVE ALL OF THE TAPE THAT THEY HAD USED TO PREP. OVER A MONTH LATER, WE NOTICED THAT THEY HAD FORGOTTEN TO PAINT THE CHIMNEY. WE PLACED MANY CALLS AND HAD A DIFFICULT TIME GETTING THEM TO CALL US BACK. WHEN THEY FINALLY DID AND WE NOTIFIED THEM OF THE ERROR, THEY STILL IGNORED US. AS OF TODAY, THEY SAY THEY WILL BE HERE NEXT WEEK TO FINISH THE JOB. THIS HAS BEEN OVER 6 MONTHS SINCE THE HOUSE WAS PAINTED.
