What a nightmare. On November 25, 2021 I paid Pete Wilson of Pete's Windows to remove and replace most of the screens on my home. At that time he said he would be back to install them in about 3 weeks. As of, March 25, 2022, I still had no screens. He never called again after he took my screens and finally after the holidays I had to reach out and call him. He made an appointment; never showed, never called, and this scenario repeated itself more than 10 times during the past months. He has not shown up for any of these appointments, nor has he ever called to let me know that he wasn't coming. I had to follow up with him each time. At one point in February he did explain that his wife was ill. Later on in the month when I called him (after again not showing up for an appointment) he said that his friend had bent my new screens while loading them and that he needed to fix them and would come the next day instead. He didn't, nor did he call to say he wasn't coming. Most recently (3/18) he said he had just been in accident and didn't have a car, but that he would get a ride and install my screens the next day. He did not show, and again did not call. I finally wrote a poor review on 3/25/22 and THEN he finally called back. He showed up at 1:30 PM for a 10:00 AM appointment and installed the screens he had, but forgot the large one for my bedroom window--after 4 months, he had the nerve to show up MISSING one of my screens. After he left, I realized the frames he had installed are dirty! I've called another company to come and redo it all. I have requested a refund but to date he has not responded--if he does the right thing and refunds my money I will revise my review. I gave him way too many chances to demonstrate a semblance of professionalism. He did not come through.

He did the work himself. I had to call him about couple of little things that needed to be addressed and he was very responsive.

Pete worked diligently paying attention to detail cutting pieces to fit perfectly creating a tight seal all around the door. He was confident in his work and carried it out to completion. I would certainly trust him in future needs for screen doors on our home.
