"I've been doing this for over 24 years and the condition of your trim was in the top three worst I have ever seen. If you were looking for the the trim to be perfect you would have had to replace more of it. I mentioned this to your mom who actually lives at the property. She understood. Considering how bad of shape it was in it looks very good and you should not have a problem with it ever again. Your trim and your eaves have been flaking for months maybe even years. Also there were already drips around the property. The entire house needed to be painted but you chose only to do the trim. Again this is something I've been doing for a long time and considering the circumstances your trim came out in excellent shape."
