 + -1 moreDon't expect to much out of these people. We when with them because they had the lowest estimate but I won't use them again.
Description of Work: We hired One-stop home improvement center to replace some carpet in our master bathroom with tile instead. When Victor showed up we thought he was very professional and explained his estimate very well, however when he came back with his crew to do the work, Victor himself didn't stick around. At the end of the first day we had an incident with a leaking toilet valve but Victor came back and fixed it. I felt that this incident could have been avoided if his inexperienced crew hadn't been left alone. My major complaint about the work is that I wasn't really happy with the way the new tile meets with the carpet edge. Maybe I should have mentioned this to Victor because it was bad enough that my husband and I had to go to Lowe's to buy a plastic strip to put down to cover the edges.
