THE SERVICE WAS PUNCTUAL AND WERE ABLE TO SCHEDULE A TIME THAT WAS CONVENIENT FOR ME. THEY WERE OVERPRICED AND SPENT WAY TOO MUCH TIME AND DID NOT DO A GOOD JOB - I EVENTUALLY RIPPED THE CARPET UP AND HAD ANOTHER COMPANY INSTALL HARDWOOD FLOORING.
