McCann & Sons Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

I had to take a moment out of my busy life to post for this fantastic company. We used McCann and Sons earlier this year when a hot water heater went out on one of our rentals. They were fast and efficient and the price was good. Cut to a couple of weeks ago, and another call from our other rental with hot water heater problems. After talking to the woman who answers the phone, given the age of the heater, I figured we would need a new water heater and I approved that repair.
They arrived prepared with the new heater in the truck but after inspection they diagnosed a bad thermocouple. The repair was done quickly and the charge was $163.75! This company could have changed that heater and I'd have been none the wiser. They said I could have a few more good years out of it and instructed us on what to look for when it does go. I know its kinda sad to say this but that is amazing honesty in this day and age. They have my business FOR LIFE!!!

Professional, they know their business. I trust them and I highly recommend. Prices are fair and equitable.

We discovered that a pipe was leaking under our kitchen sink and, since it was late in the day, we wren't sure that we would be able to get someone out that day to repair it. Within 20 minutes of calling McCann and Sons Plumbing, Travis was at our door. He quickly ascertained and fixed the problem, and was very polite and professional. We would definitely call McCann and Sons again and we highly recommend them.

A new toilet was brought out. We knew the cost beforehand. The plumber was knowledgeable, informative and neat. We will continue to use and recommend this company.
