They were okay except for some parts that they didn't do. They did clean up the bathroom and kitchen but they left some microwave over the counter and it was really greasy and yellow and the blinds were still dusty front and back. Apparently with the blinds they don't wipe them, they just blow dry them which to me was surprising because it would go into air. Anyway I complained to customer service and they were very nice, they came back and cleaned the microwave again and they did a good job there and the blinds were pretty good and still not wiped but they cleaned it better. The only other thing I didn't like was the window tract was really dirty and when you open the window there was a tract and they don't clean that. They came back and said they would do it but they didn't do it. Overall I'm really happy with them because they did good. The price was okay I think because it's a big condor, so I thought the price was good if they had done everything although they did go back and do it.

It was great to come home to a clean house!

The women who performed the cleaning did an OK job, but I never knew who was going to show up (lots of turnover).  Some of the women had attitudes and most of them only said hi and bye. They acted as if they hated their job.  The franchise owner was bad at returning phone calls and put me on hold nearly every time I called.  In the end, the owner refused to continue sending 2 cleaners saying it was not cost effective for him. Which meant having someone here for 3 hrs vs 1.5 hrs. I ended my contract with MaidPro and hired an independent cleaning service who I am very happy with.

There were two lady workers who arrived on time and started promptly into the work and did not stop until the work was completed. They were efficient and did a very good job.  My wife and I were pleased with their work.

The cleaners were scheduled to come between 11:00 and 12:00.  At 12:15 I called to find out where they were.  At first I was told they didn't have me scheduled at all.  Then they found my appointment, and tried to contact the cleaners to get a status update.  I called back about 20 minutes later when I hadn't heard anything.  They still hadn't heard back from the cleaning ladies.  I had to call a THIRD time, and by then I was getting very annoyed because I had planned my day around the cleaning appointment.  They were only going to be there for an hour an a half (two ladies working at the same time for three hours total), so by the time they finally arrived, they were already supposed to be finished.  The cleaning job was fine.  Nothing special, and for the price I probably wouldn't use them again.  I will keep looking.

I have always cleaned my own home, but dreamed of the day that I could afford to have help in that department. A new job in March was just what I needed to make it come true. I was afraid that whoever I chose would not care for my home the way I do, that I might feel uncomfortable with them, or that I might even feel guilt in paying for someone else to clean my mess. I pushed those thoughts aside as I called several companies to check pricing. I didn't really know what to ask for specifically. Most we're very robotic in their questioning which did nothing to improve my concerns. Then, I called MaidPro, and was greeted by, "It's a great day at MaidPro. This is Ed. How can I help you." Amazing how those positive words were comforting. He then asked pointed questions about what my expectations were...which as I said earlier I did not have specific requests. Just for my home to be clean. He explained that I may not realize that I like specific things cleaned a certain way, and that they were there to take away those worries. He invited me to give him feedback after my clean and to feel free to come to him with any adjustments. 5 months now, and I can say with certainty that MaidPro does care for my home. I don't feel uncomfortable. And I do not feel guilty. Even though I've learned that I am particularly fond of sparkling stainless steel. Who knew?

The 2 young ladies they sent to me were very professional and friendly.  Dru arrived first and we did a walk through of my home and the areas I wanted them to focus on.  She started with the kitchen which she did a GREAT job.  Once the 2nd person Lupe arrived Dru gave her a walk through of my home and explained to her what was needed/expected to be done.  Both ladies worked very well together and got the job done.  Dusting, vacuuming, changed bed linen, cleaned bathrooms (3) including tubs & showers very well. 
I was very satisfied with the job that was done for me and will possibly request ongoing services for the future.

They're really good.  They come and they do their job.

I liked that they asked me as we were nearing the end of their contracted time if I wanted them continue, and asked me which areas I needed them to concentrate their energies.  They gave me a list of what they had and had not completed at the end.  They did a great job with the blinds, the fridge, and the bathrooms.  I did not have them finish 3 blinds, and when I cleaned the remaining blinds the next day I really couldn't get them as clean as they had gotten the rest of them. 

I am satisfied with their services. I would use them again.

They weren?t as thorough as the other companies that I have used. So, I was disappointed. I made it clear that I was pretty picky and I expected consistency. They assured me that there wouldn?t be any problems. It was only their second visit and they slackened on just their second visit. I didn?t have them come back. I hired another company. They were fair, but not spectacular. I think they were a little overpriced for what they did. They weren?t worth what they priced. I wasn?t overly impressed with them. They sent me an e-mail after they did the service. I sent them an e-mail back telling them how unhappy I was with their service. Then they e-mailed me to say that they were coming back out. So, I asked them if they read my e-mail or not since I had canceled their service. They showed up on time and there wasn?t any problem with their punctuality. I wouldn?t use their services again.

It was okay, I don't think the service was a great value for the money. The girls did a good job, I just thought it was a lot of money for under 3 hours of work.
