I'm so glad that I can depend on Brent whenever I need him. He truly cares for his clients.
After contracting with the organization, we scheduled the first treatment. Wayne, our technician, came out and visited with us about our concerns he began his work. He sprayed the areas outside, under the patio furniture, and removed the cobwebs. We appreciated that Wayne was prompt and friendly yet professional. He gave us his card with his direct contact number on it to call him with any concerns we might of had then and anytime there after no else has to get involved. In fact we really like that the company assigns technicians according to area. This means that Wayne is our guy. We don't need to bring anyone else up to speed about our situation--Wayne knows and accomplishes the task at hand.
We would recommend The Local Bug Guy to anyone.
Also, I have gained new respect for my little dog...she is a valued contributing member of our household and her opinions count!
